Dr. Steven Huang announced he is running for one of two open seats on the San Marino City Council at the Nov. 3 election.
The San Marino resident of thirty-three years kicked off his campaign Sunday evening with a dinner amongst friends and family at the San Gabriel Country Club, where he explained his reasons for wanting to get involved in local government.
“It’s mostly because of my passion,” he said in an interview that evening.
