San Marino resident Todd Doney was recently honored by CBRE as the top producer in the downtown Los Angeles region for the 2014 sales year.
Doney also ranked in the top 250 of the more than 3,000 CBRE professionals in the Americas. Doney completed 106 transactions totaling 3,612,610 sq. ft., and a total value of $623.8 million. Some of his biggest transactions this year are the 590,207 sq. ft. KPMG sale in downtown Los Angeles and the 60,824 sq. ft. Tetra Tech office lease in Pasadena.
