The Old Mill Foundation and City of San Marino agreed last week to a new memorandum of understanding, or MOU, regarding some of the management aspects of the historic structure, which is the oldest commercial building in Southern California.
Under the new agreement – which takes effect on July 1, 2015 – the Old Mill Foundation will again handle promotions, management and facility rentals, a task that since the fall of 2013 was undertaken by the city.
