‘Symphony of Cars’ Gala Bigger Than Ever

By Krista Daly

This year’s San Marino Motor Classic Gala was bigger than ever.

Since the goal is to raise money for charity, the event done on a grander scale would help to raise even more money, said Paul Colony, a co-founder of the motor classic. Funds from the gala went to the USC Trojan Marching Band and the Petersen Automotive Museum, Chairman Aaron Weiss said. The amount of money raised is still being calculated.

The gala would also bring about an even higher quality event this year. Three hundred participants were able to enjoy cocktail hour, a “Symphony of Cars,” and a dinner on Saturday evening at Lacy Park.
