Devon Jack, entering her senior year at San Marino High School, was recently presented with the Sportsmanship Award from the Southern California Tennis Association.
The Sportsmanship Award is given annually by the SCTA to an outstanding individual who best exemplifies the ideals of sportsmanship on the court with ethical behavior, fair play, honesty, respect and integrity.
Devon is currently ranked 12th in California and 74 in the nation. The Lady Titans have won the CIF championship in two of her three seasons, where she competes at #1 singles.
San Marino has won all three Rio Hondo League championships during her tenure, never dropping a match. The daughter of Nam and Mike Jack routinely competes in tournaments throughout the country and will play at Brown University next year.
