Students Hear Supreme Court Justice Breyer at The Huntington

By Mitch Lehman

The Huntington is the home of many rare artifacts and other precious works of art, but seven San Marino High school students received the opportunity of a lifetime on Sept. 23 at the famous home of Arabella and Henry.

Chaz Davis, Emerson Liu, Gregory Eng, Harika Kalidhindi, Nathan Lam, Rachelle Liu and Sarah Sabih – all seniors – were in the audience to hear a presentation from United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Stephen Breyer.

The students who were selected had compiled many years of experience on the mock trial team, were part of ASB, in the AP United States Government class, or are members of the Speech and Debate team. “Or a combination thereof,” said AP Government teacher Peter Paccone.
