With their families in attendance at City Hall, Dr. Steven Huang and Steve Talt took the oath of office and assumed their seats on the San Marino City Council on Wednesday evening. The Hon. Elizabeth Feffer, a San Marino resident, administered the rites.
Huang and Talt replace Eugene Sun and Dennis Kneier, who each served two terms and were thanked for their service.
Allan Yung was appointed mayor and Richard Sun will serve as vice mayor. – Mitch Lehman
