Home Invasion Robbery in San Marino

On Jan. 26, at approximately 1:10 a.m., the San Marino Police received a 911 call regarding a PC 211/Robbery that just occurred in the 1800 block of Sharon Place. The victim reported seeing two males, wearing all dark clothing in her bedroom closet.

San Marino Police officers on scene within two minutes with the assistance of South Pasadena Police, San Gabriel Police, Alhambra Police and Pasadena Police helicopter.

The female victim stated she was sleeping in the spare bedroom. She heard a noise from the living room, thinking it was her husband, she walked out into the living room and saw a male wearing all dark clothing going through bedroom closet. The male suspect grabbed her by the hair and forced her into her bedroom. At which time she saw a second male suspect walk out from her bathroom. The first suspect demanded that she open the safe. The victim refused to open the safe. The male suspect struck her face against the safe and again demanded her to open it. The victim complied and she was then thrown on to her bed, where she was struck again by the suspect and told not to leave. After removing the items from the safe, shortly thereafter the suspects fled location and the victim called police.

Suspect 1 was described as a male, wearing all dark clothing and gloves, approximately 5’7 to 5’10, with a medium build.

Suspect 2 was described as a male, wearing all dark clothing and gloves, approximately 6’ to 6’2”, with a thin build.
