This year marks the 5th opportunity for San Marino residents to enjoy the 4th, courtesy of City Club, which is once again hosting the 4th of July Pavilion in Lacy Park.

“This is really the best way to enjoy the 4th of July without having to camp out in the hot sun,” said David Wang, 1st Vice President of San Marino City Club. “You literally show up at 5 p.m. and have a great dinner. You don’t have to carry anything. You don’t have to wait in line early in the morning. This is the 5th year this has been done and it is a wonderful experience.”

The cost is $85 for adults and lesser amounts for younger guests. All prices include the $5 wristband fee that is required by the City of San Marino to enter Lacy Park. Beer and wine are available for a nominal additional charge and the Pavilion will open promptly at 5 p.m. To ensure the maximum comfort of guests, reservations will be strictly limited to the first 400 who respond.

While inside, guests will be treated to a gourmet picnic dinner and dessert prepared by Wolfgang Puck’s world-famous catering team. Once the sun goes down, so will the umbrellas, providing guests with a premium, unobstructed view of the evening’s entertainment and fireworks display.

The Pavilion is organized by the San Marino City Club with the cooperation and assistance of the City of San Marino.

For additional information or to make a reservation by phone, please contact Kristen Van Driel at (714) 342-1126 or 4thJulyPavilion@gmail.com. No outside coolers or beverages will be allowed in the Pavilion.
