SMPD Arrests Two for Burglary, Narcotics

San Marino Police Officers arrested two suspects this past Monday evening in the 1400 block of San Gabriel Blvd. after neighbors called the SMPD after seeing an unfamiliar car parked in the driveway of a vacant home.

Tuan Le, 52, and Judy Le, 45, both of Montclair, were arrested on a combination of charges of burglary, possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and possession of stolen credit cards.

Officers also discovered that Tuan Le had a “no bail” arrest warrant in his name from the West Covina Police Department for burglary.

When officers arrived on the scene, the Les were seen attempting to remove property from the location. Further investigation revealed that the suspects had entered the location through an unlocked rear door. Officers located clothing and miscellaneous household items in the suspects’ vehicle. Credit cards belonging to the homeowner were also found in the suspects’ possession.

The San Marino Police Department is looking for more on the case. If you have any information regarding the above incident, please contact Detective Wong at (626) 300-0719 or Detective Gomez-Lara at (626) 300-0728.
