A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 16 for longtime San Marino resident Jim Thompson, who passed away yesterday, Feb. 9, after a brief illness.
Thompson, a loyal Rotarian, was the grandfather of Oliver Campbell, who was honored by Wells Fargo Bank at the 2017 Rose Parade for his bravery as a member of the United States Army Rangers.
Services for Mr. Thompson will be held at San Marino Community Church and begin at 10:00 a.m.
