With profound sadness, we announce the passing of, Pamela Robin Beauer. Our loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She left us peacefully from our family home on January 31, 2021. She was 77 years old.
Pamela was born on July 27, 1943 in Alhambra, Ca. to Philip Robin Oiler and Barbara Jean Barber. In 1949 the family moved to Glendale, Ca. and Pamela got a second mother, Betty Preston-Oiler.
She attended Glendale High School and was a proud “Dynamiter.” On her way to University of Arizona over the summer of 1961, Pam met William on the tennis courts at Sunland Park and they were an instant match! They were married at La Cañada Presbyterian Church on August 17, 1963.

Pam followed her dearest William to Newhall so he could pursue his career in coaching and teaching for the William S. Hart School District. The Beauer’s bought their first and only home in 1965 in Canyon Country, Ca. She became a homemaker and devoted wife.
Pam attended University of Arizona and finished her Bachelor of Arts at University of La Verne.
Pam’s career was with COC. She spent 28 years in community services and served as Director of Community Services. COC was her second home and she was proud to be a “Cougar.” Pam was bestowed many awards and framed them all.
She was known for her infectious smile and joyful disposition. Pam was very interested in geology and knitting. Pam would love to get in the kitchen with her crockpot and make chili or chicken artichoke-wine. She loved volunteering and was involved in all her children’s activities throughout their primary and secondary education.
Pam is survived by her devoted husband William “Bill,” her children Toby Beauer-Munitz of Vista and Clint (Alison) Beauer of Chandler, Az., her grandchildren, Zachary and Noah Munitz and Peyton and Maggie Beauer.
Services will be held at a later date. Please contact the family for details.
