East Meets West Parent Education Club, in collaboration with San Marino Community Church, will host a holiday concert from 6 to 9 p.m. Dec. 17 at the church.
The student-led concert has become a tradition; this year the performance will be presented in person and recorded for later broadcast on emwpec.org to multiple care facilities in the area, so more senior citizens can hear the musical talents of local youth.
The club said it is proud to have members with talented students from both EMWPEC and SMCC, and expressed delight to have Michele Patzakis, a member of EMWPEC, coach and lead the young musicians.
