SMCAA Youth Basketball Crowns Championship Teams

The San Marino Community Athletics Association held its annual Championship Saturday event recently. Games were held at San Marino High School with friends and family members flocking to its two gymnasiums for a day full of fun and activity, featuring the final games for multiple boys’ and girls’ divisions.

Georgetown: grades 7-8 boys’ champions
Georgetown won the SMCAA boys’ 7th and 8th grade championship. Pictured are (from left) assistant coach Pat Haden, Will O’Connor, Parker Wilson, Drew Wilson, Henry Kang, Miles Piro, Suin Kim, Ryan Fong, Andrew Paulus, Luke Paulus and head coach Natalie O’Connor.

Knicks: grades 3-4 boys’ champions

North Carolina: grades 7-8 boys’ runner-up

Comets: grades 5-8 girls’ runner-up
