The Langham Huntington welcomed the community to a Mid-Autumn Festival, complete with family-friendly interactive food stations, live music and traditional Chinese dragon dance performances, all served under a canopy of brightly colored lanterns.
The third event in the hotel’s “Heritage With Heart” series featured a night market-style dining celebration complete with dumplings, spicy wontons, noodles and signature Langham Mooncakes to enjoy with tea. The celebration concluded with brightly lit traditional Chinese lanterns held by all the children in attendance. A portion of proceeds from ticket sales will benefit ChinaWeek, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing understanding of and access to China through an event series held across Los Angeles each May.
