About 50 Carver Elementary School students in grades 3-5 received bicycle licenses at the recent Bike Rodeo on campus, an event that promotes kids’ safety. Four San Marino police officers assisted Eric and Suzie Lee of the Carver PTA in organizing the licensing and testing of the cyclists, who among other things had to show their skills on an obstacle course. By completing the overall process, the student riders were judged to be ready to navigate their bikes to and from school.
