A crowd turned out for Huntington Middle School’s popular Hauntington Breakfast, held last Saturday on campus. The PTA event, an annual fundraiser, was organized by Jane Feinberg and Jennifer Park and featured a medieval era-themed fair. There were bounce houses, games, student performances and, of course, a ticketed pancake breakfast. HMS Principal Alana Fauré and PTA President Nicolette Fuerst helped facilitate the event along with handfuls of parent and community volunteers. Special guests included San Marino’s mayor, police chief, school board members and Huntington faculty and staff. Throughout the day, hundreds of parents, children and other family members attended the event, at which approximately 1,500 meals were served. The event raised more than $40,000 to help support the school’s academic, athletic, artistic and wellness programs.
