Huntington Middle School recently hosted its fourth annual HMS Science Fair, sponsored by the HMS PTA and chaired by Dr. Alexis Anvekar. Each project received about 25 minutes of thorough judging by Dr. Madhu Anvekar and Dr. Shaz Arya. Best in Show was awarded to Stanley Wong for his project “Temperature vs. Chemical Reaction Rates.” Madison Spitzer was a close second with her project, “Memory and Mnemonics.” Brandon Hang and his “Seltzer Showdown” project was right on her heels capturing third place.
