Last week’s high-speed winds tore apart a tarp-like covering from the dome-shaped structure at Hollywood Way and Empire Avenue. The building, whose construction began in June, will serve as a media production facility for a Madison Square Garden Entertainment Auditorium in Las Vegas. The property management company, Media Studios North, did not provide a comment by the Leader’s deadline.
