The San Marino Police Department is reaching out and encouraging residents to embrace a “team approach” as a way to increase the safety and security in their neighborhoods.
Neighborhood Watch is a community-based program led by community members who have partnered with local law enforcement officials to prevent and reduce burglaries and thefts in neighborhoods nationwide.
