Danú will present A Christmas Gathering: Féile na Nollag on Saturday, December 13, at 8 p.m. in Caltech’s Beckman Auditorium.
Christmas in Ireland is celebrated by the acclaimed Celtic music ensemble, Danú. Many Irish people living abroad come home for the holidays to gather in local celebrations. A Christmas Gathering offers a tate of these events with fiddle, flutes, button accordion, percussion, vocals and guest dancers.
Tickets to this performance are priced at $32.00, $27.00, and $22.00; youth (high school age and younger): $10.00. Senior and student rush tickets will go on sale for $20.00, beginning one-half hour before the performance (subject to availability). Tickets can be purchased at the Caltech Ticket Office, 101 Winnett Center on the Caltech campus in Pasadena.
