The San Marino Police Department is searching for a black male in his mid-twenties who paralyzed a large portion of the city on Thursday, February 19 when he broke into a home in the 900 block of Winston Avenue, laid in wait before confronting a nanny, then fled in homeowner’s Mercedes Benz.
In the course of the resulting police investigation, a San Marino Police officer shot and wounded a neighbor’s dog while approaching the home under siege from an adjoining yard.
