John Incontro, San Marino Police Chief, spoke of the subject at the San Marino High School Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) meeting on Wednesday, March 18.

“Everyone has the same problem – gang members are working as teams,” Incontro said, describing how one person knocks on a front door to see if anyone is home as another sneaks around the back to check for a dog.
