The Valentine Elementary School PTA honored its Parent Party patrons with a private celebration at the home of Bryan and Debbie Merryman recently, with more than 100 patrons in attendance. Patron drive organizers Anna-Marie Grizzell, Joelle Grossi, Cathy Yang, Vivian Wong, Debbie Merryman and Ellen Tsang expressed gratitude to patrons for their tremendous generosity and support for the upcoming Parent Party.
This year’s party, “Sweet Magnolia Nights,” will be held on Saturday, April 8, at a private club in Pasadena. Attendees will enjoy dinner and dancing as well as the opportunity to bid on numerous auction items. Proceeds will fund art, music, computer, library and science programs at Valentine. Parents and community members are still welcome to become patrons.
