Former Army Sgt. Oliver Campbell will be the Grand Marshall of the San Marino Rotary Club 4th of July Parade, according to Rotary Parade Chair Debbie Priester. Campbell, a 2011 graduate of San Marino High School, was injured in a firefight in Afghanistan in late 2015. Since returning home in December, 2016 to a hero’s welcome, Campbell has traveled to various countries in Africa and Europe. He is now enrolled as a political science student at Santa Monica College on a pre-med course.
