An open house and ribbon-cutting was recently held for San Marino Optometry on Huntington Drive. The husband and wife team of Dr. Toan Nguyen and Dr. Julie Phan welcomed dignitaries, including San Marino Mayor Dr. Richard Sun; Christian Daly, representing Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger; Elizabeth Andalon, representing Congresswoman Judy Chu; and members of the San Marino Chamber of Commerce.
