Society of Fellows members joined volunteers who were working around the clock to get the Huntington Library float ready for the Rose Parade on New Year’s Day. Starting the day after Christmas, members of the community painted, filled flower vials with water and attached seeds, petals and other vegetation to the colorful work of art called “Cultivating Curiosity.” The crew chief was Lorena Reyes and the assistant crew chief was Beth Alpine.
