The Greater Los Angeles Scouting recently held its 2022 annual Wind Under Their Wings event, a celebration that honors women of Eagle Scouts and their 103 years of scouting in the San Gabriel Valley.
The event at St. Anthony Greek Orthodox Church in Pasadena included a luncheon with musical solos by San Marino High School students Benjamin Miller and Gracie Modean; a state of the council address; reflections from Eagle Scout Lainy Ann Dickson; and a keynote speech by Lian Dolan, who is a best-selling writer, humor columnist and resident of Pasadena.
