Library Welcomes Spring With Native American Dancing

Spring is an important time to many Native American cultures as it signifies rebirth, renewal and the return of animals and flowers.

Join Ben Hale, a member of the Navajo tribe, as the Crowell Public Library welcomes the spring equinox on March 9 in the children’s area from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. All ages can join.

In authentic regalia, Hale will introduce a variety of dances and stories from tribes across North America.

Registration is not required.
