The city’s Lacy Park After Dark Campout is scheduled to return Friday, June 7.
The festivities begin at 3 p.m. and will conclude the following morning at 10 a.m.
The outdoor occasion encourages the community to break out their tents and camping gear to make memories and experience sleeping under the stars in San Marino’s own backyard at Lacy Park.
Activities will include gold panning, leather tooling, cattle roping, a campsite decorating contest, movie watching, eating s’mores and more.
Registration is required for the popular event, and space is limited. Only 235 participants will be admitted. The deadline to register is May 30 at 11:59 p.m. The fee to participate for residents is $40, and $46 for nonresidents. Children 2 years old and under are free.
