San Marino City Councilman Attacks Tribune for Asking Basic Questions

Angered by the San Marino Tribune’s recent California Public Records Act requests, San Marino City Councilmember Richard Ward asked City Attorney Steve Dorsey to attack The Tribune by attempting to remove The Tribune’s decades-old legal adjudication as a newspaper.

The Tribune seeks public records about city pay, benefits, pensions, zoning, mansionization, expense accounts of top-ranking officials and staff, and other issues confronting San Marino. Specifically, Ward demanded from Dorsey how to revoke the Tribune’s judicial decree as the only legally adjudicated newspaper in San Marino.
