Outward Bound Hosts Garden Party

Outward Bound Adventures recently celebrated 55 years with a garden party for supporters at the San Marino home of the Honorable David and Yu Tu Milton. The afternoon’s special guest speaker was Virginia Morell, writer for National Geographic and the New York Times best-selling author of “Animal Wise”. Since 1962 OBA has led the nation to engage underserved, overlooked and avoided populations in meaningful nature-based, developmental experiences. Over 80,000 underserved, urban youth and their families have gained a greater appreciation for conservation, themselves and nature after an OBA outdoor learning experience.
