Valentine Elementary School students took a break after school last week to get into the spirit of the season. Fun, festive and easy-to-paint ceramic ornaments were available for students to choose from to hang on the tree or give as a gift. Ornament designs included Santa, wreaths, houses, snowmen and even a dog bone. Once kiln-fired, the ornaments will be ready to adorn family trees for years to come.
