As part of the Crowell Library’s monthly Story, Stomp, & Sing program, librarian Tera Torres with John Axume from the San Marino Music Center led a musical story time on Nov. 16, featuring themes of Thanksgiving and gratitude. Thirty-two people attended and enjoyed a reading of “Apple Cake: A Gratitude” by Dawn Casey and made music with rhythm sticks and their voices, with Axume on guitar. Pictured is the group doing their best spoon impression during the song, “I’m a Knife, Fork, Spoon, Spatula.”
